I received this message while in meditation today,
“Radiate out from your heart.” 
The message was very clear.
What this message means to me is...
Continue opening my heart (because it’s not a one and I’m done kinda thing).
Focus on softening my heart.
Yes,
Opening and softening.
The best parts of me show up when my heart is opening and softening.
Releasing the need to figure it all out in my mind.
Allowing the softening.
I can feel it,
My heart opening like a flower instead of staying tight in a bud,
Trusting the blooming.
This is me opening more to myself,
To you,
To All That Is.
Radiating out.
Intentional heart energy
